Choosing Your Massage
What
kind of massage is best for me?
The most
popular
massage is the 60 or 90 minute therapeutic massage. The intention is to
release stress and provide nurturing relaxation. The basic structure of
the massage is Swedish and deep tissue, but a variety of techniques are
employed to suit the individual needs of the client. We provide a
nurturing experience that gives you relaxation.
This is excellent for people with a lot of
responsibility; whether it is a high executive job, a teacher or a
mother. It's for people who are continually in charge, making day
to day decisions. In other words, it's for everyone. This is your time
to let go and receive, while we renew, refresh and revitalize you.

Zen Body Massage Therapy
Zen Body
Massage Therapy
utilizes deep tissue and triggerpointing techniques to lengthen the
myofascial tissue that surrounds each muscle and muscle group. This
releases our muscular-skeletal system so we can find our
structural alignment, relieving pain. It is based on the work of Ida
Rolf and Moshe Feldenkrais.
This is for people who want to be responsible
partners in their healing process and believe that the body is an
effective and useful vehicle for personal development.
It is designed in a 12 session series to complete the structural
integration.
There is also a 4 session series available.

Thai Massage
Thai
massage is
based on Chinese medicine and the concept that energy flows through our
body along meridians. This flow of energy is stimulated by using
pressure points along the meridian pathways while actively stretching
the body.
Many people say Thai Massage is like doing yoga without any work.
This is for the active person who wants to be a
responsible partner in the healing process and personal growth.
