With my background in movement and body awareness as a dance educator, I know that if my body doesn't feel good, I don't feel good, that listening to my body is the first step to healing, and that taking care of my body is taking care of me. I know the importance of freedom of movement. Massage is an excellent step towards creating a wider range of movement and a sense of well being. |
